Finally, THE BOOK OF ELI, while I was working on this piece I had to call a friend to ask her what the name of the movie was that we saw with Denzel Washington. It did have great action sequences and a surprise at the end that I did not see coming. My friends thought it was slow, I did not. (Now do you see why I will try not to criticize?) I can always find something good about almost everything I see or do.

A word about a mini-series that is replaying on HBO. Band of Brothers, chronicles the life of 506th airborne Easy Company. I suggest we all watch and remember we are free to go to movies to read what we want. To speak of the things we want to even if we do not agree. Just a thought.

For next time, I am reading Sara Palin’s book. My mother was appalled.

I asked if she was the one who taught me, “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.” She just laughed and asked if she could read the book next. I will also be going to see LEGION, and the new VALENTINES DAY movie.
